Web Designer

We are seeking a Web Designer with strong experience in email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and web design to join a prestigious company in the hospitality industry based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital projects while working in a collaborative international environment.

Responsibilities

Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring responsiveness and brand alignment.

Create and optimize landing pages and web pages focused on conversion and user experience.

Develop pixel-perfect designs using Figma and the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).

Implement designs using HTML and CSS, ensuring cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.

Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and product teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.

Maintain and update design systems, templates, and component libraries for consistent branding.

Present and document work clearly for stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and web design projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).

Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and Figma.

Experience designing for email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar).

Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Valid passport and U.S. visa for potential business travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international clients, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry.

Familiarity with JavaScript and other front-end technologies is a plus.

Knowledge of A/B testing and performance-driven design.
