Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and outreach tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate engagement through follow-up communication and timely responses to queries.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
• Contribute to research on industry trends, HR strategies, and recruitment innovations.
• Engage potential business partners and external stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in HR and organizational development.
• Self-driven with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, global, and remote work environment.
